The staff were pleasant and accommodating, were waiting for us in the great lobby. Have a drink at the sports bar.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Melbourne. I loved it, its stuff and rooms. The hotel restaurant was nice.

Good value given very good location and rooms. The pool area is great too.

This family-friendly hotel was an amazing base for vacation. I was met by extraordinarily friendly and efficient staff at the lobby.

The units are very specious, bright.

The location was phenomenal, the public spaces were clean and the staff was gentle. They gave us a queen suite with 2 double beds, high end touches, as for instance. The staff created a quiet atmosphere. Eggs and slices of fresh bread were healthy and overall there was a great selection of food.

Couldn't stay longer.

The staff and rooms were awsome, we loved this beautifully restored hotel. Variety of food at breakfast like cereal, muffins and eggs.

Location was the best, rooms were enjoyable and I liked excellent quality staff. The best breakfast, efficient service. The poolside bar in the hotel had lots of refreshing coffee and espresso throughout the day.

Our experience here was wonderful. Nice building, we loved non-smoking rooms.

The stay at this cheery hotel was a fine one. Marvelous location, big bed, friendly check-in & awesome staff. And btw there were magnificent views of the castle! Moderately priced venue with a hospitable service: D

An iconic hotel in a good location, everything was amazing. There were terrace, microwave and closet space in the room, loved that. The staff did all they can for a perfect 10/10 stay. Friendly service and a trendy restaurant, available onsite.

The hotel is immaculately clean and the rooms are ideal.

check in was early, i loved convenient location and updated rooms. i slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. the breakfast spread was warm, there were lots of delicious options.

Great place for 1 night in Melbourne, incredibly friendly hotel. The bedrooms were separate, featuring the pool view. Everything was just perfect, the staff were personable. Particularly good location in a downtown area.

We think that for Melbourne it was great value. We spent 9 nights in king suite.
